From Tal-y-Cafn on the A470 south of Conwy, take the turning by the pub/restaurant The Tal Y Cafn, head towards Tyn Y Groes on the B5279. Continue for about 1.5 miles taking a right hand turn and continue for approximately 2.1 miles. You will then see the sign for Conwy Water Gardens/Dutch Pancake House.
Look out for the Conwy Water Gardens/Dutch Pancake House turning. The Coach house is down this drive, over some speed bumps. When you are just past the Dutch Pancake House you will see a courtyard on the right. There is a small gravel car parking space there next to the Green Porch.
