Trehafod is a stunning, contemporary barn conversion with a hot tub on Anglesey (Ynys Mon). This spacious property enjoys a peaceful rural setting just a short drive from the town of Menai Bridge. Situated on a country lane, surrounded by rolling fields, Trehafod enjoys panoramic countryside views and makes a great base from which to explore the wonderful island of Ynys Mon.

This stylish barn conversion sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, making it ideal for a larger family or group of friends. The spacious central living area has been opened up to expose the original oak rafters and roof trusses, creating a double height, open plan kitchen / living / dining area. This impressive space includes three comfortable leather sofas, a stylish wood burning stove and a large smart TV at one end, with bifold patio doors opening on to both the front and rear gardens. At the opposite end of the room is a spacious kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, four slice toaster and coffee machine, along with a dining table seating eight.

Off the living room a hallway leads to two bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a small utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer to keep on top of holiday laundry. The first bedroom is a spacious ensuite double with an armchair, smart TV and a Superking bed; the second is a twin, with zip link beds which can be configured as a second Superking on request. Both the ensuite and the main bathroom have a WC, wash basin, full sized bath and huge walk-in showers with luxurious rainfall showerheads.

Off the kitchen, bedroom three is a further double with a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room, also with a generous double shower with rainfall showerhead. All three ground floor bedrooms are dressed with cosy traditional Welsh blankets and have the benefit of underfloor heating and patio doors opening onto their own paved garden areas.

The final bedroom is tucked away upstairs, with a king sized bed snugly positioned under the oak trussed ceiling, a chaise longue, and a smart TV. This lovely room is in a peaceful location, away from the rest of the house, with far reaching views over the surrounding landscape.

Outside, this stunning contemporary barn conversion with a hot tub on Anglesey enjoys a peaceful rural setting with panoramic countryside views. With private, enclosed gardens to both the front and rear there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with several patio areas and a luxurious swim spa hot tub.

With beautiful countryside views and a comfortable and stylish interior you might not want to leave this stunning contemporary barn conversion with a hot tub on Anglesey, but if you can tear yourself away you will find a wealth of places to visit within a short drive of the property.

Ynys Mon may only be a small island but it has a lot to offer; this captivating island is known for its stunning natural landscapes, from rugged cliffs to sandy coves and unspoilt countryside. One third of the island has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it's not hard to see why; the island is home to an abundance of wildlife, its coastal areas offer breathtaking views while inland areas include picturesque countryside and charming villages.

With 125 miles of stunning coastline Ynys Mon is a haven for hikers who can enjoy the scenic Anglesey Coast Path or a number of circular walking routes. There are also many beautiful beaches to discover including Benllech, Red Wharf Bay and Cemaes Bay; surfers and windsurfers should head to the west coast to Rhosneigr or Trearddur Bay.

Nature lovers will be delighted by the variety of coastal wildlife including porpoises and puffins; head to South Stack cliffs, the aptly named Puffin Island, or Penmon Point for a chance to observe these charming birds during the early summer months. Alternatively head inland to Llyn Cefni Reservoir for a glimpse of warblers, wrens and the perhaps even an elusive kingfisher. Our beautiful, native red squirrels can be found at Plas Newydd, Newborough Forest and Nant Y Pandy Nature Reserve.

Explore further and you'll find plenty of places to visit, South Stack Lighthouse offers the opportunity to follow the keeper's journey down 400 steps onto the island, where you can enjoy a lighthouse tour.; nearby Beaumaris boasts a charming high street, a famous castle and historic gaol and don't miss the famous station at Llanfair PG with its ever popular photo opportunity!

Plas Newydd House and Gardens, as well as Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens, are beautiful places to explore and are just a short drive away. For families, try a trip to Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm Park, or Hooton’s Homegrown, where you can pick your own fruit during the summer season or stroll through the sunflower field.
