Inside, the open-plan living space is warm and inviting, with exposed beams, a comfortable sofa, and a flame-effect fire to set the mood for cosy evenings in. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a leisurely breakfast or a candlelit dinner, and the wooden dining table makes for the perfect setting to linger over a bottle of wine.
Downstairs, the intimate double bedroom is designed for relaxation, complete with hanging space, a full-length mirror, and a private door leading straight out into the enclosed garden terrace—ideal for sipping your morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. The ensuite shower room features a vanity mirror, sink, and WC, ensuring comfort and convenience.
Step outside, and you’ll find a secluded garden space designed for making memories. Fire up the BBQ stand for an al fresco meal, unwind in the outdoor seating area, or simply stargaze in the peaceful rural setting. A handy garden hose is available for washing down muddy boots (or paws) after a day of adventure.

From Dolgellau:
Head south on the A470/A487 from Dolgellau – Leave Dolgellau heading towards Machynlleth on the A487. Stay on the A487 for approximately 7 miles. Turn right onto B4405. Continue on the B4405 for approximately 9 miles.
A few hundred yards after Woodlands Caravan Park you will see the sign for Geufron Farm on your right, head up the private drive for about ¼ mile passing. The Granary is the second building on your right. Please park your car parallel to the fence, as this area is used as a turning point for guests heading to the upper level. Access to the EV charger must also remain clear at all times.
From Machynlleth:
Head north out of Machynlleth on the A487 heading towards the A493 towards Bryncrug/ Tywyn. Continue on the A493 for about 11 miles.
At the end of the road turn right onto the B4405. Continue for half a mile until you see the sign for Geufron Farm on your right, head up the private drive for about ¼ mile passing.
