This 5 star rated, large 4 bedroom holiday cottage on the Pen Llyn is the perfect base for larger families wanting to explore this beautiful coastal part of North Wales. Generous sized bedrooms and a huge garden ensures there’s plenty of room for everybody to relax and have a nice time.

A nice big living area also helps the family to come together. A long solid oak dining table sits on one side of the room with a comfortable seating area opposite. This is furnished with some lovely leather sofas facing onto a real wood fire. The kitchen runs along another wall of the room. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a central island all topped of with a deluxe granite work top. A smaller adjoining sun room affords a bit of extra seating away from the general hubbub of the home and provides a great view of the garden outside

There are 4 bedrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms have super king beds which can be split to make 2 singles. The third bedroom has a beautiful wooden four poster super king size bed and the family bedroom has a king size bed and substantial bunk beds. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with their own unique style and decor. The first bedroom benefits from a large en-suite shower room. The next two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath as well as a fancy steam shower cabinet. The final and largest bedroom has the added luxury of a private conservatory as well as an en-suite shower room. And as if this wasn’t enough this bedroom also has a private spa bath for two. Don’t fight over who gets this bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs.

Guests are spoilt for choice as to where to sit and relax when the sun comes out in this cottage. 3 separate patios encircle the house and provide perfect suntraps no matter the time of day. The cottage is complimented by a much larger shared garden which is also used by the cottage next door. So large in fact that there’s room for a complete football pitch as well as a climbing frame and trampoline. A great opportunity for the kids especially to meet new people and make new friend hopefully.

Centrally placed on the Pen Llyn , within a 15 minute drive to Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn you have beautiful, local beaches nearby as well as the hidden coves of Porth Dinllaen . Abersoch in particular is always very busy during the summer months, but the quieter neighbouring villages like Sarn Meyllteyrn where this cottage is located, have their own charm as well as providing that all essential ‘pub within walking distance’. The larger harbour town of Pwllheli with its shops and supermarket is some 20 minutes to the East.

As well as traditional activities such as walking, golf and pony trekking many adventure sports are becoming increasingly popular. Guests are also encouraged to bring their bikes so to explore the miles of quiet country lanes that crisscross this part of Wales.
