This two bedroom traditional farm holiday cottage with outstanding views is based in a rural setting, with great access to the nearby coastline and mountains. Situated on a working farm, the single-storey cottage with thick stone walls is set in a quiet and private location.
The cottage features a light and airy, open plan living space with a vaulted ceiling. A wood effect floor is fitted throughout and the lounge area features a traditional log burner set within an inglenook, built from the exposed stone wall contrasting beautifully with the clean and bright finish of the remainder of the space. A large comfy sofa, cuddle chair and window seat complete the lounge area, creating a perfect space to spend cosy evenings.
A breakfast bar style counter separates the lounge area from the kitchen with two high stools, ideal for socialising whilst cooking. The small but well equipped modern kitchen is beautifully fitted out with sage green units and a white Belfast sink, contrasted by a bright red tiled splashback. The dining area features a farmhouse dining table with four chairs, complimenting the style of this historic and traditional farm holiday cottage.

The modern sink unit provides ample storage space for toiletries.

At only three miles from the coast, wander along the stunning beaches of Dinas Dinlle with views towards the majestic hills of Yr Eifl on the nearby Llyn Peninsula. To the north, across the Culfor Menai (Menai Straits) the stunning Ynys Llanddwyn is in view - a beautiful tidal island with a mystical history. Looking east from the holiday cottage, the dramatic peaks of Eryri sit on the horizon with great views across to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) herself.
The cottage location provides great access to many popular local destinations and tourist attractions. The castle town of Caernarfon is located only fifteen minutes drive away, and the A499 road near the property provides great access to the Llyn Peninsula, where you can explore the rugged coastline and golden sandy beaches. Heading inland, the mountain village of Beddgelert is less than thirty minutes drive and is the perfect place to start your mountain adventures. The location is also a great base from where to explore some nearby slate mines and quarries, which have recently been recognised with UNESCO World Heritage status.

From Caernarfon: Heading south from Caernarfon along the A487, turn onto the A499 towards Pwllheli and then take the left turn signposted to Penygroes after three miles. A mile further down the road turn left near some flag poles into Pant Eithinog farm. Drive past the farmhouse on your right before turning right into the main farmyard. A farm gate at the far end of the farm will open up into a farm track which leads you down to the cottage about 300m away.
From Porthmadog: Head north west from Porthmadog along the A487 for just under thirteen miles to the village of Penygroes. At the first roundabout, take the left turn sign posted Penllyfni. A mile further down the road turn left near some flag poles into Pant Eithinog farm. Drive past the farmhouse on your right before turning right into the main farmyard. A farm gate at the far end of the farm will open up into a farm track which leads you down to the cottage about 300m away.
