Set in a friendly village location, Tan-y-Foel is a fabulous, modern four bedroom property with sea views situated between Harlech and Barmouth. Sleeping up to eight guests, with a spacious open plan living area, this is the perfect property for socialising with friends and family.

Stepping into the large hallway, a door to the right leads into the luxurious open plan living space finished in neutral colours. Wood strip flooring is laid throughout, with decor and wall art providing a coastal theme. The lounge area comprises two large fabric sofas, one L shaped in a pale teal colour and the other finished in grey providing ample seating space. A coffee table, additional nest of tables and side table are located within the space, along with a wall mounted Smart TV. Free standing and table lamps provide cosy lighting and a large thick rug softens the floor area. An opening from the lounge area leads into a fabulous, west facing conservatory area with an additional sofa and side chair. The west facing aspect provides the opportunity for epic sunsets when the Welsh weather decides to play nicely. It's a wonderful space to relax with a good book and a glass of wine.

Leading through from the lounge, an airy dining area including a large eight seater wooden dining table leads through to the property's kitchen. A beautiful and sleek kitchen, the units are stylishly finished in a matt grey with white stone effect worktop. An eye level double oven is built into the kitchen cupboards alongside a large electric hob and American style full height silver fridge freezer with water dispenser. A kettle, toaster and microwave also feature along with ample storage space, making it the ideal kitchen for guests who want to cook elaborate meals while away. The ground floor of Tan-y-Foel also features a substantial utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer near the front entrance.

Completing the downstairs layout, a large double bedroom sits alongside a bathroom. The bedroom features a wooden framed double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps to either side, as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers. A thick grey carpet is laid to the floor, and furniture is painted in dark greys and natural wood, contrasting beautifully with the yellow theme of the soft furnishings. The downstairs bathroom is a stunning room painted in shades of grey, with a modern free standing bath, basin vanity unit and WC. A large walk in corner shower unit is also featured. Ornaments and wall art in this room provide a further nod to the coastal setting of the property.

Heading upstairs in this modern four bedroom property with sea views, the layout comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite, a further double room, twin room and shower room. The stunning master suite is a fabulous space finished in soft grey and pink tones, featuring French doors opening onto a west facing balcony with rattan table and chairs. With bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and large wardrobe, there is plenty of storage space for clothing. The modern en-suite includes a corner shower cubicle, basin and WC along with a handy storage unit for toiletries. The additional of the balcony provides a lovely space to escape for a little while with sea views. The second double bedroom at the opposite end of the house is large and beautifully furnished in shades of grey and teal. A divan double bed sits between two bedside cabinets, and a soft fabric chair is provided for additional seating space and comfort. Once again, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table provide ample storage space. The third bedroom is a cosy twin room with two single beds and a chest of drawers for storage. A shower room completes the first floor layout with a corner shower unit, WC and sink with drawer storage under.

Located between Harlech and Barmouth, the modern four bedroom property with sea views is located in a quiet village and is ideal for exploring the local area. The exterior of the property seamlessly blends modern and traditional styles. Clean lines and plastered walls contrast beautifully with the stone finished walls to the west aspect of the building which blend in with the surrounding architecture. A spacious patio to this end of the property provides plenty of outdoor seating space, and it's a wonderful spot to sit out socialising in the evening sun.

At less than a mile away to the nearest sandy beach, Cardigan Bay's wonderful coastline can be explored easily from Tan-y-Foel including Morfa Dyffryn and Harlech beaches, backed by a large sand dunes. The pretty town of Harlech can be reached in just over ten minutes by car. Packed full of boutique gift shops and cafes, you can also visit the 13th century Harlech Castle which is located on a rocky outcrop offering fabulous views of the town, the coastline and Eryri (Snowdonia). For visitors that are feeling energetic, take a walk up Ffordd Pen Lech, one of the steepest streets in the world. Be sure to reward yourself with cake from one of the numerous cafes once you've reached the top though.

Another seaside town, Barmouth, can be reached in ten minutes by car heading south. A seaside resort with a laid back vibe, Barmouth is suitable for all the family with a fabulous beach and a host of shops and restaurants, all sitting under the backdrop of the Southern Eryri mountains. For hikers and walkers, the Rhinogydd Mountains nearby have some great walking routes to suit all abilities. For walkers more keen on level ground, the Mawddach Trail heading inland from the coast towards Dolgellau along a disused railway track, is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Mountain Bikers can also head to the nearby Coed-y-Brenin Forest Park, Britain's first purpose built mountain bike centre which is also a good spot for woodland walks suitable for all.

Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 10:00

<p>From the main High Street, just before Huws Gray builders merchant (if travelling from Barmouth on the A496) turn right into Ffordd Capel. After 60 yards take the first right and after 3 houses turn right onto a shared drive and we are the second house down, number 4. </p> <p>The key box is located next to the front door which is code <strong>0408? </strong>which matches the shed padlock that houses the barbecue, parasol and lounger cushions. Further outdoor cushions can be found in the bench on the patio code 0000.<br /> <br /> TOP TIP: It is a new door so some guests have found it easier to pull it slightly towards them as you unlock it just to make it simple.<br /> <br /> <strong>A Couple of important asks,</strong> please do not park on the stone gravel at the back/side of the house as there is a gas tank under it! There is plenty of space on the tarmac. (Takes 3 cars)<br /> For your safety we kindly ask you not to use the dishwasher, tumble dryer or washing machine overnight and to close the doors to the lounge and the utility room when going to bed.<br /> Finally, we ask you to read the fire safety notice on arrival which is located in the instruction manual on the dining table.<br /> Thank you for your help with this.<br /> <br /> Please note - dog is not to go upstairs or on any furniture. Allowed to sleep in the downstairs bedroom only as long as on a blanket/dog bed is used, but not on the bed. Stair gate will be in place so a dog cannot enter upstairs. Diolch</p>
