Set in grounds alongside two other holiday cottages, a gravel driveway provides access to this property with two steps leading toward the gorgeous sage green front door, opening into the main living space. You'll immediately be struck by the charm of the property with exposed stone walls, whitewashed ceilings featuring the original wooden beams and full height glazing to one wall overlooking the garden space. By day, the living space is bright and airy. Settling down onto the comfy navy blue fabric sofa or arm chair, a TV is located in the corner of the room to catch up on your latest box set. A four seater dining table, with a blue tablecloth of patterned shells, is the perfect spot for breakfast or a lovely evening meal, cooked in the adjacent kitchen.
Speaking of the kitchen, Bwthyn-Bennar has a beautiful contemporary galley kitchen located next to the dining area, accessed via three steps. Sleek navy cupboard units contrast with the white marble effect worktops. A counter to one side includes a sink and worktop space, toaster and kettle while the opposite side includes a ceramic built in hob sitting alongside a built in eye level oven and microwave. It's a great space for the budding chef of the household to rustle up a hearty meal after a long day exploring the stunning surroundings.
A corridor from the kitchen leads through to the cottage's two bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom is a wonderful double, featuring a large bed flanked by a white bedside cabinet to one side, wicker table to the other and table lamps. With a dressing table and large white wooden wardrobe, there is plenty of clothes storage space. Room decor such as a throw on the bed and seagull ornaments provide a nod to the seaside location. Whitewashed walls, exposed wooden ceiling beams and an oak effect floor continue the theme from the living areas. The second bedroom, a twin, provides two single beds, along with a dressing table and large wardrobe. Completing the layout, the stunning bathroom sits to the end of the property with a large walk in shower with rain forest head. Marble effect wall and floor tiles match the style of the kitchen worktop, once again providing consistency to this two bedroom holiday beach retreat near Barmouth.

Stepping out of the property, a slate patio houses a rattan lounge set, as well as a picnic table on the lawn. The west facing aspect provides the opportunity for one of those epic North Wales sunsets, perfect to enjoy while sipping a drink on the patio. Pure bliss. A ten minute walk along the lane from the two bedroom holiday beach retreat near Barmouth leads to a boardwalk that crosses the magnificent dunes that shelter a stunning sandy beach. With views across to the hills of the Llyn Peninsula, it sure is an idyllic spot.
