Stepping into the stunning cottage, a small hallway leads through to a downstairs bathroom, kitchen and open plan living space packed full of character. With dark wooden beams, whitewashed walls, exposed stone feature wall and quarry tiles laid through the living space, the age and character of the property becomes evident. A cosy log burner is tucked into a small fireplace, surrounded by two cosy fabric sofas with a large bookshelf tucked under the staircase. A TV sits on a unit in the corner of the room. It's a wonderful and cosy space for relaxing evenings indoors. To the opposite side of the room, a four seater wooden dining table is located underneath nautical style decorative ceiling lights. The wall art and ornamental decor of the room provides a nod to the coastal location of the property.

A fabulous kitchen is located near the dining area, equipped with all amenities required for a great self-catering stay. The farmhouse style kitchen units are finished with white doors and wood effect worktops. A beautiful Rangemaster oven provides the focal point of the kitchen, sitting alongside a Smeg fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. With a toaster, kettle and pod style coffee machine located on the counter top, the kitchen has everything required for a fabulous stay. Another door from the hallway leads to the cottage's bathroom. The bright room includes a bathtub with shower over, set against dark wall tiles. The basin features storage space under and a large towel rail provides ample space for drying.

Heading up the to the first floor of the cottage with games room at the foot of Yr Eifl on the Llyn Peninsula, the layout comprises of two bedrooms - a double and a twin, built into the eaves with exposed timbers. The double room is a cosy room comprising a wooden framed bed with luxurious bedding, with bedside cabinets and lamps either side. The original cast iron fireplace of the room features on the wall alongside the bed and an occasional chair provides a seating space. The twin bedroom features two single beds, set against wood panelled walls. The soft furnishings and decor of the room are in nautical colours and themes. Both rooms are cosy and ideally suited to a family of four, although two couples could also happily stay.

A fantastic feature of the property is the outdoor space and fabulous games room in a separate single storey building, next to the main cottage. A door from the lounge diner leads out to the stunning rear garden of Gors-Lwyd. A gravelled patio area with fabulous countryside views includes furniture for relaxing in the evening with drinks, or perfect for al fresco dining. The remainder of the landscaped garden is set into the hillside with a number of lawns, shrubs and flowers. It's a peaceful and private space that's wonderful to spend time in. The adjacent games room features a full sized pool table, table football, air hockey and a dart board along with a cosy sofa space to relax. It's a fantastic room for adults and children to spend time after adventuring outdoors

Located outside the village of Llithfean, this cottage with games room at the foot of Yr Eifl on the Llyn Peninsula is in the perfect setting for guests wanting to explore the surrounding landscapes. Surrounded by heather clad hillsides, there are numerous footpaths from near the property leading to Yr Eifl and surrounding areas. Yr Eifl consists of a group of hills, which provide a dramatic backdrop of the Llyn Peninsula scenery. The three peaks are Garn For, Garn Ganol, and Tre’r Ceiri and while the walks to the summits are somewhat challenging with some scrambling sections, there are numerous pathways leading around the valleys surrounding the peaks. Regardless of the skill levels and routes taken, the views are fantastic, looking out over the Llyn Peninsula's rugged coastline, as well as the peaks of Eryri (Snowdonia) which can be seen in the distance on clear day.

The coastline of the Llyn Peninsula is fabulous to explore along the Wales Coast Path. With stunning sandy beaches separated by rugged cliffs, the scenery is dramatic and breathtaking. A fifteen minute drive leads to Morfa Nefyn on the north coast of the Peninsula, with a footpath that leads across the Nefyn Golf Club to the tiny fishing village of Porthdinllean. This stunning cove is home to the famous Ty Coch Inn, a pub located on the beach which is a fantastic spot to grab a drink and some food. They hold a number of events during the holiday seasons, with a real beach party vibe.

There are a number of coastal resorts within a short driving window. For a quieter vibe, head to Aberdaron located at the end of the Peninsula. With a beautiful beach, this sleepy seaside resort is a fab place to spend some time. For a little more vibrance, head to the popular seaside resort of Abersoch with beautiful beaches, water sports along with cool cafes, restaurants and bars. It's a popular spot in summer, and for good reason. It's not all about coastline on the Llyn Peninsula. For beer lovers, the local Cwrw Llyn brewery is located near the property, offering tours and tasting sessions as well as the opportunity to stock up on the fantastic local ales on offer. Families should also consider a trip to Glasfryn Parc offering activities including go karting, crazy gold and a number of water sports.
